  1. The note and minute of the previous meeting were discussed and agreed.
  2. A meeting will be arranged with the Policing and Justice Minister to address the Commissioners' concerns relating to damaging information after devolution and the General Election.
  3. Succession planning was discussed in light of Sir John Blelloch's retirement.
  4. The Policy on Review of cases was discussed and clarified.
  5. The SRC Legal Aid Policy was amended and solicitors will now be asked to submit applications for extensions of hours in advance.
  6. The current position of each case within the Sentence Review was discussed.
  7. The next Plenary meeting will be held on 15 June 2010.

  1. The note and minute of the previous meeting were discussed and agreed.
  2. The SRC Annual Report has been written and is due to be laid before Parliament on 8 July 2010.
  3. Mr Currin confirmed that he has met with the sponsor body to discuss succession planning, financial cutbacks, damaging information policy, corporate governance and information security.
  4. In light of the amendment to the SRC Legal Aid Policy interim bills have now been received from solicitors which have been passed to SRC consultants for scrutiny before payment.
  5. The current position of each case within the Sentence Review was discussed.
  6. The next Plenary meeting will be held on 23 November 2010.

1. The note and minute of the previous meeting were discussed and agreed.

2. The Commissioners' draft Special Advocate policy was discussed at length and it was agreed that it would be used as an advisory document.

3. The current position of each case within the Sentence Review was discussed.

4. An update was provided detailing staffing changes within the Commissioners' Secretariat.

5. The next Plenary meeting will be held on 29 March 2011
